Public Offer for the Provision of Services and Terms of Use of the DevCV.pro Service
This document constitutes a public offer by the operator of the DevCV.pro service, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”. This Offer also establishes the rules governing use of the DevCV.pro online service before and after the conclusion of a service agreement.
This Offer is addressed to individuals using the Service for personal purposes, hereinafter referred to as the “User”.
By paying for the Service, the User confirms that they have read this Offer, understand its terms, and accept them in full.
1. Definitions
Service — the DevCV.pro online service available at: https://devcv.pro.
Paid Service — the provision to the User, for a limited period, of access to the Service’s functionality for creating, editing, analysing, and preparing résumés, as well as generating and downloading a completed résumé in PDF format.
Paid Access — access to the paid functionality of the Service for 7 calendar days.
Acceptance — the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer through successful payment for the Paid Service.
Website — the DevCV.pro online resource and its pages.

3. Subject Matter of the Agreement
3.1. The Provider undertakes to provide the User with Paid Access to the functionality of the Service, and the User undertakes to pay for the Paid Service under the terms of this Offer.
3.2. Paid Access is provided for 7 calendar days.
3.3. During the Paid Access period, the User may:
- enter and edit résumé information
- use the résumé analysis and improvement tools available in the Service
- receive recommendations, including those generated using artificial intelligence technologies
- generate a résumé
- download a completed résumé in PDF format
- use other paid functionality specified on the Website at the time of payment
3.4. The specific set of available functions is displayed on the page describing the Paid Service and its price before payment is made.
3.5. The Paid Service is not a subscription. Upon expiry of the 7-day period, Paid Access terminates automatically. No automatic recurring charge is made.
3.6. The agreement does not provide for the Provider to prepare a résumé manually. The User independently enters information, edits materials, and decides whether to use the wording and recommendations offered by the Service.
4. Procedure for Concluding the Agreement
4.1. This Offer shall be deemed the Provider’s offer to conclude an agreement on the terms set forth herein.
4.2. Before payment, the User is given the opportunity to review:
- the description of the Paid Service
- the price of the Paid Service
- this Offer
- the payment and refund procedure
- the Personal Data Processing Policy
- the Provider’s contact details and particulars
4.3. Successful payment for the Paid Service by the User constitutes Acceptance of this Offer.
4.4. The agreement between the Provider and the User shall be deemed concluded upon successful payment.
4.5. The User may not accept the terms of this Offer in part.
4.6. The version of the Offer published on the Website and in force at the time of payment applies to a specific purchase.
4.7. Confirmation of successful payment is displayed on the Website and/or sent to the email address provided by the User.
5. Price and Payment Procedure
5.1. The price of the Paid Service is specified on the Website before payment is made.
5.2. The User receives information about the final amount and currency of payment before confirming payment.
5.3. Payment is made as a one-time payment using the payment methods available on the Website.
5.4. Payments are accepted and processed with the involvement of the bePaid payment provider and organisations participating in the processing of the payment.
5.5. The Provider does not receive or store the User’s full bank payment card details. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure authorisation page.
5.6. The User’s payment obligation shall be deemed fulfilled once the Provider receives confirmation that the payment has been successfully processed.
5.7. The bank that issued the User’s card may apply its own exchange rate, fees, and other service terms. Such fees and terms are set by the relevant bank and are beyond the Provider’s control.
5.8. Detailed information on payment methods, payment security, and refunds is available on the separate “Payment and Refunds” page.
6. Term and Procedure for Providing Access
6.1. Paid Access is activated after confirmation of successful payment is received.
6.2. Paid Access is provided for 7 calendar days from the moment of its activation.
6.3. Access is provided automatically if the payment is processed and the technical systems operate normally.
6.4. If Paid Access has not been provided after successful payment, the User must contact the Provider at devcvsupport@gmail.com.
6.5. The request should include:
- the email address used for the purchase
- the date and approximate time of payment
- the payment amount
- available information confirming payment
6.6. The Provider verifies the payment information and, where grounds exist, provides access or issues a refund.
6.7. Expiry of Paid Access does not limit the User’s right to use a résumé previously downloaded in PDF format.
6.8. The User is independently responsible for saving the prepared résumé in a timely manner before the access period expires.
7. Commencement and Completion of the Paid Service
7.1. The Paid Service commences upon activation of Paid Access.
7.2. The Paid Service is provided for 7 calendar days.
7.3. The Paid Service shall be deemed provided once the User has been given the opportunity to use the paid functionality of the Service for the established period.
7.4. Generating or downloading a résumé before the end of the 7-day period does not terminate Paid Access early.
7.5. Temporary technical interruptions necessary for maintenance of the Service shall not in themselves be deemed a failure to provide the Paid Service, provided they have not deprived the User of the opportunity to use the substantial part of the paid period.
7.6. In the event of prolonged technical unavailability attributable to the Provider, the access period may be extended or the User may be offered a refund.
8. Refunds
8.1. The User is entitled to submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of payment.
8.2. A request may be sent for any reason to devcvsupport@gmail.com.
8.3. The request must include:
- the User’s name
- the email address used for the purchase
- the date and amount of payment
- information enabling the payment to be identified
- the reason for the request, at the User’s discretion
8.4. A refund is made using the same method as the payment, unless the parties agree otherwise and an alternative method is technically feasible.
8.5. The time required for the actual crediting of funds depends on the payment provider, bank, and payment system.
8.6. If a request is granted, Paid Access may be terminated.
8.7. In the event of an erroneous or duplicate charge, the User must contact devcvsupport@gmail.com. Following verification, the excess amount charged will be refunded in the prescribed manner.
8.8. The detailed refund procedure is available on the “Payment and Refunds” page, which forms part of the terms for provision of the Paid Service.
8.9. The terms of this section do not limit the User’s rights granted by mandatory provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
9. Use of Artificial Intelligence
9.1. The Service may use artificial intelligence technologies to analyse entered information, prepare wording, and generate recommendations.
9.2. Results generated using artificial intelligence:
- are created automatically
- may contain inaccuracies, errors, or unsuitable wording
- do not constitute professional legal, HR, or career advice
- must be reviewed by the User before use
9.3. The User independently decides whether to include the suggested wording in their résumé.
9.4. The Provider does not guarantee that a generated résumé will lead to employment, an interview invitation, a job offer, or any other career outcome.
9.5. Information about processing entered data using third-party AI services is disclosed in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
10. Provider’s Rights and Obligations
10.1. The Provider shall:
- provide Paid Access after successful payment
- ensure the operation of the core functionality of the Service within the limits of reasonable technical availability
- provide the User with information about the Paid Service and its price
- consider User requests
- comply with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus
- process personal data in accordance with the published Policy
10.2. The Provider may:
- modify and improve the interface and functionality of the Service
- perform technical maintenance
- temporarily restrict access to prevent security threats
- restrict or terminate the User’s access in the event of a material breach of this Offer
- engage third parties to perform the agreement, including payment, hosting, analytics, and AI providers
10.3. Changes to functionality must not deprive the User of the principal paid ability to generate and download a résumé in PDF format.
11. User’s Rights and Obligations
11.1. The User may:
- use paid functionality for 7 calendar days
- generate and download a completed résumé in PDF format
- receive information about the procedure for provision of the Paid Service
- contact technical support
- submit a refund request
- make enquiries regarding personal data processing
11.2. The User shall:
- provide accurate information necessary for operation of the Service
- independently verify the content of the generated résumé
- not provide third parties with credentials for access to paid functionality
- comply with applicable law and the terms of this Offer
- not interfere with the operation of the Service
11.3. The User is prohibited from:
- using the Service for unlawful purposes
- attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service or the data of others
- circumventing technical restrictions
- using automated means to create an excessive load
- copying, modifying, or distributing the Service’s source code
- reselling access without the Provider’s written permission
- uploading information about third parties without a lawful basis
- posting malicious, unlawful, or third-party-rights-infringing materials
12. User Materials and Intellectual Property
12.1. The User retains rights to the information and materials they independently enter into the Service.
12.2. The User grants the Provider the right to technically process the entered materials solely to the extent necessary for:
- operation of the Service
- generation of résumés
- provision of recommendations
- correction of technical errors
- performance of this agreement
12.3. The User may use a generated and downloaded résumé without restrictions imposed by the Provider.
12.4. The User warrants that the materials they enter do not infringe the rights or legitimate interests of third parties.
12.5. Exclusive rights to the Service’s source code, design, structure, branding elements, interface text, and other proprietary materials belong to the Provider or the relevant rights holders.
12.6. Payment for the Paid Service does not constitute a transfer to the User of exclusive rights to software or other elements of the Service.
13. Personal Data
13.1. Personal data are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the Website.
13.2. Before payment, the User must have the opportunity to review the said Policy.
13.3. The User must not enter into the Service excessive personal data that are not required to prepare a résumé.
13.4. The User is independently responsible for the lawfulness of providing the Service with personal data of other persons.
14. Liability of the Parties
14.1. The parties shall be liable in accordance with this Offer and the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
14.2. The Provider is responsible for providing access to the paid functionality of the Service, but does not guarantee that the User will achieve any particular career outcome.
14.3. The Provider is not responsible for:
- decisions made by the User based on automatically generated recommendations
- errors in data entered by the User
- inability to use the Service for reasons attributable to the User
- the operation of equipment, software, banks, telecommunications operators, and other third parties
- fees and exchange rates applied by the User’s bank
- the content of third-party websites that may be linked from the Service
14.4. The Provider shall not be released from liability where such liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.
14.5. If a technical error is identified, the User must report it to devcvsupport@gmail.com and provide information necessary to verify it.
15. Availability of the Service
15.1. The Provider endeavours to ensure the Service is available around the clock, except for technical interruptions and circumstances beyond the Provider’s control.
15.2. The Provider may perform preventive maintenance and technical work without prior notice if such work cannot reasonably be postponed.
15.3. If a technical malfunction materially restricted the ability to use Paid Access, the User may request an extension of access or a refund.
16. Force Majeure
16.1. The parties shall be released from liability for full or partial non-performance of obligations caused by extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances under the given conditions.
16.2. Such circumstances may include natural disasters, military action, widespread infrastructure failures, actions of public authorities, global communication failures, and other circumstances beyond a party’s reasonable control.
16.3. The existence of force majeure circumstances does not deprive the User of the right to seek a refund for the Paid Service not actually provided.
17. Requests and Dispute Resolution
17.1. Enquiries, complaints, and requests shall be sent to:

17.2. Requests are accepted around the clock and processed on business days from 09:00 to 18:00 Minsk time.
17.3. The request should state the User’s name, contact email address, a description of the situation, and the User’s requirements.
17.4. The parties shall seek to resolve disagreements through negotiations and consideration of a written complaint.
17.5. If a dispute cannot be settled through negotiations, it shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
17.6. The terms of this section do not limit a consumer’s right to apply to authorised state bodies or a court for the protection of their rights.
18. Age Restrictions
18.1. A person with the legal capacity required to enter into the relevant transaction may conclude the agreement independently.
18.2. A minor may use paid functionality with the necessary consent of a parent or other legal representative where such consent is required by law.
19. Amendments to the Offer
19.1. The Provider may amend this Offer by publishing a new version on the Website.
19.2. A new version applies to purchases made after its publication.
19.3. The version of the Offer in force at the time of payment applies to a Paid Service that has already been paid for, unless the new version improves the User’s position.
19.4. The publication date of the current version is stated at the beginning of this document.
20. Final Provisions
20.1. This Offer remains in force from the time of its publication on the Website until it is withdrawn or replaced by a new version.
20.2. The following are integral informational documents published on the Website:
- the “Payment and Refunds” page
the Personal Data Processing Policy;
the “Contacts” page.
20.3. The invalidity of an individual provision of this Offer shall not invalidate its remaining provisions.
20.4. In all matters not expressly governed by this Offer, the parties shall be governed by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
